1. Website use

By using sijelma.com, you agree to use the website lawfully, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and avoid attempts to disrupt, probe, or misuse the website or its communication systems.

SIJELMA provides website design, development, and maintenance services. The service pages describe website structure planning, standard feature development, website maintenance and improvement, and cross-screen website optimization. Descriptions and starting prices are general information, not a promise that every project will have the same scope or price.

SIJELMA does not provide payment processing, financial services, cybersecurity operations, telecommunications services, or hosting infrastructure management through the listed services.

3. Project briefs and proposals

A submitted project brief is an inquiry, not an acceptance of work. SIJELMA may ask follow-up questions before confirming whether a request is suitable. A project begins only after the parties agree in writing on the scope, deliverables, timing, price, revisions, and any other relevant conditions.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, access that they are authorized to provide, timely decisions, and materials that do not violate another person's rights. Delays in content, approvals, access, or feedback may affect the agreed schedule.

5. Changes and revisions

The number and type of revisions depend on the written project scope. A request that changes the agreed direction, adds pages or features, or introduces new formats may require a revised scope or price before the work continues.

6. Materials and intellectual property

Each party retains rights in materials it owned before a project. Clients must have the right to use content and assets supplied to SIJELMA. Ownership or license terms for new deliverables are determined by the applicable written agreement or invoice; payment alone does not silently change terms that were agreed in writing.

7. Third-party services

A website project may depend on third-party hosting, email, domains, software, or integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. SIJELMA is not responsible for an outage, policy change, suspension, or technical limitation controlled by a third party.

8. Confidentiality and client materials

Information supplied in a project brief is used to evaluate and administer the inquiry. Each party should protect confidential information received from the other and share only the access, content, and credentials necessary for the agreed work. Clients must not send passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information through the public form.

9. No guaranteed outcomes

SIJELMA does not guarantee revenue, rankings, traffic, conversions, legal compliance, or any particular business outcome. Website work is delivered according to the agreed scope and available information.

10. Suspension and termination

SIJELMA may pause or decline a request that is unlawful, outside the stated service scope, unsafe, or dependent on information that has not been provided. Project-specific cancellation and payment consequences are governed by the written project terms.

11. Notices and interpretation

Project notices should be sent through the contact method identified in the applicable project record. If a provision of these website terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

12. Changes to these terms

SIJELMA may update these terms when the website or services change. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms apply to website use from that point forward. A signed or otherwise accepted project agreement controls where it conflicts with general website terms.
