1. Remote project format
SIJELMA services are planned and delivered remotely through digital communication and file-sharing methods agreed with the client. The exact channel, access method, and handoff format depend on the project scope.
2. Scope confirmation
Before work begins, SIJELMA and the client should confirm the requested service, page or feature scope, required source materials, starting price or final fee, timing, revision approach, and delivery format. A service page starting price is not a substitute for a project-specific scope.
3. Structure planning
Website Structure Planning may be delivered as a page and section inventory, navigation outline, sitemap, page-flow notes, or another agreed planning format. It does not automatically include development unless development is included in the written scope.
4. Feature development
Website Feature Development may include standard menus, contact forms, information blocks, and integrations of ready web components. Requirements that depend on third-party credentials, APIs, platform limits, or custom infrastructure may require a separate scope decision.
5. Maintenance and improvement
Website Maintenance & Improvement is intended for focused changes to existing pages and small technical or structural corrections. Larger redesigns, new systems, or work outside the agreed update cycle may be quoted separately.
6. Cross-screen optimization
Cross-Screen Website Optimization may include layout adjustments, spacing corrections, and usability checks for desktop, tablet, and mobile widths. It does not guarantee identical rendering in every browser, operating system, device, or third-party embed.
7. Client inputs and review
Delivery depends on timely access, content, decisions, and feedback. Clients should review the delivered work promptly and identify corrections within the revision period stated in the project terms.
8. Handoff and acceptance
When the agreed deliverables are supplied in the agreed format, the client should confirm acceptance or provide a written list of in-scope corrections. Additional requests may be treated as a new scope.
9. Review records and corrections
For a clear review, feedback should identify the page, feature, format, or screen size involved. SIJELMA may consolidate related corrections into a review pass so the requested change can be assessed against the approved structure and the revision terms.
10. Delays outside the project plan
Delivery dates may move when access, content, approvals, third-party services, browser behavior, or other dependencies are unavailable or change. SIJELMA will communicate a material schedule change when it becomes reasonably apparent and may propose a revised sequence.
11. Excluded activities
SIJELMA does not provide payment processing, financial services, cybersecurity operations, telecommunications services, or hosting infrastructure management through the services described on this website.
