1. Scope
This policy applies to the public SIJELMA website, the project brief form, and business communications that begin through the website. It describes the categories of information SIJELMA may receive, why that information is used, and the choices available to people who provide it.
2. Information we receive
When you submit a project brief, SIJELMA may receive your full name, email address, phone number, business or company name, selected service, and project details. The form also creates a request reference so a submission can be identified in follow-up communication.
The website host may create ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, request time, browser type, and requested path. These records are controlled by the hosting environment and may be used for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
SIJELMA does not ask for payment card numbers, bank account credentials, passwords, or other financial account information through the website form.
3. How information is used
- To read and respond to a submitted project brief.
- To identify the requested service and prepare relevant follow-up.
- To send a submission confirmation to the email address entered in the form.
- To maintain business records related to an inquiry or agreed project.
- To protect the website and communication systems from misuse.
4. Sharing and service providers
SIJELMA may use website hosting, email delivery, and technical service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those functions, to comply with law, or to protect rights and safety. SIJELMA does not sell project brief information or use it for unrelated advertising lists.
5. Email communications
A valid form submission sends one message to the SIJELMA business mailbox and one confirmation message to the address entered by the requester. The messages include the form fields and request reference. The business message may also include the request IP for security and troubleshooting.
6. Retention
SIJELMA keeps inquiry and project communication for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer an agreed service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. The website form does not intentionally write submissions to a public database.
7. Your choices
You may ask what personal information SIJELMA holds about a website inquiry, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask for deletion where retention is not required. Requests should identify the relevant email address or reference so the request can be handled accurately. Applicable law may provide additional rights.
8. Security
SIJELMA uses reasonable administrative and technical measures for website communications. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in the project details field.
9. Communications and service locations
Website hosting, email transmission, spam protection, and other technical services may process information in the locations used by those providers. The exact location can change with the provider's infrastructure. By submitting a brief, you understand that ordinary internet and email delivery may involve service providers outside your immediate location.
10. Legal requests and incidents
SIJELMA may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to a lawful request, enforce an agreement, protect the website, investigate abuse, or protect the rights and safety of a person or service. If SIJELMA becomes aware of a material issue affecting information submitted through the website, it will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances and applicable requirements.
11. Children
The website is intended for businesses and general audiences. SIJELMA does not knowingly request personal information from children through the project form.
12. Updates
SIJELMA may update this policy when the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The update date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
